The service

CitedWeekly sends questions to third-party AI systems (ChatGPT and Gemini) and reports how they answer. AI answers change constantly and vary between runs; scores are estimates, not guarantees of visibility, rankings or sales.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in USD through Stripe after a 7-day free trial, and renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues to the end of the paid period. We don't offer refunds for partial months except where the law requires it. Each plan has question and brand limits.

Acceptable use

No abuse, scraping, reselling without an Agency plan, or tracking content that is unlawful. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that abuse the free check.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before a claim.
